Hello! Welcome to the Mother Loaf Breads, a sourdough bread bakery based in Milan, Michigan. We are baking three times a week currently. Because we do a long, cold, slow-ferment, each batch of bread takes 2-3 days to produce. We also make soups, treats and sometimes specialty items like pasties, so stop by to see what we’re up to!
NOTE: We will be closed Saturday, Sept. 2, 2017 and will resume normal operations the following weekend.
The Loaf will also be closed from Sept. 29 to Oct. 21, 2017 for a well needed break. We will be posting about our travels and food discoveries via our social media channels as well as email dispatches.
