Long, Cold and Slow: Presentation at the Library

On Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018, we’ll be talking about the history of sourdough and why it’s important to keep the sourdough culture (ahahahahahaha!) alive. This is part of the Culinary Historians of Ann Arbor annual programming and we’re super excited to have connected with this group.

Details:
– Long, Cold and Slow: Bringing Bread to Life
– Malletts Creek AA Library Branch (near Cobblestone Farm)
– 3-5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018
– Refreshments will be served. The event is free!

Here’s the CHAA schedule and includes a more thorough description
